Calculation and selection software for linear unit lifetime analysis

This software enables precise lifetime calculation and component selection for linear units. Users can select from various positioning systems and sizes. After defining the forces and moments acting on the carriage, the program calculates the resulting loads on the idler pulleys or roller guide systems. It then determines the safety factors as well as the achievable travel distance based on a specified average speed. All results are clearly presented in a structured table. A detailed calculation report can be generated, and users can save and reopen their projects at any time.

The software is available both as an online application and as a standalone version that runs directly from CD without requiring installation. It is offered in German and English.
