Mädler Tools

Before the introduction of the software, only technical notes, tables, and collections of formulas were available for calculations. As a first step in the project, a timing belt calculation tool was developed to enhance customer service and support the internal technical support team. With this software, belt drives can be interactively configured. It also enables the calculation of geometry and performance parameters for multiple-shaft gear drives. In addition, the solution is linked to the electronic catalog, and the generated calculation report allows users to directly purchase the products included in the report.

The software is available online or can be run directly from CD without installation.

In subsequent projects, additional software modules were developed for the selection of couplings and telescopic slides, along with a chain configurator. These modules were then combined with the timing belt calculation software under a unified interface and made available as the Mädler Tools.
